Congrats. Two years is a freaking long time, nice discipline.

yeah.... I suppose it helps that this has become some sort of crazy obsession.... :-P

And who might you be?

My name's Hamilton... i joined LJ after some of my friends got on it, Crowley'sVice for one. I'm not sure if I can keep posting for as long as you did though. Oh, also, I'm trying to start a new art movement, it's called Crapism... want in???

Crapism, eh? Sounds interesting.... tell me about it?
yummyham on July 15th, 2003 11:35 pm (UTC)
Well, i posted something about it in one of my entries, but the jist is that people who can't draw, write, paint, etc... produce really really crappy "art." The more bad criticisms a crapist artist recieves, the better they are at crapism. The beauty is, you don't have to be talented to contribute to the art world, but it's it's okay if you do have talent, I guess... force yourself to produce crap if you do have talent ;-D.

Well, since I have no artistic talent (besides newspaper layout) I think I might partake in Crapism.

Haha, cool!!!

Now, the question is, how does one partake in said crapism? I produce art that could be deemed "crappy" and then what? Post on my journal? Submit it somewhere?

Good question... hmmm, don't know, I posted one on my LJ, but I guess it's really up to the artist.

I see... for me it would be easiest to post it on my LJ.
